Refund policy

While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! 

Returns

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. 

  • For returns to be considered item(s) should be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, and blemishes, unworn and unused, with tags still intact on the item.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only, NO exceptions.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • We do NOT accept returns on: Gift Cards/ Certificates, Holiday items once holiday has passed, any item once the season is passed, Jewelry, Hats, Bralettes, and Leggings are ALL FINAL sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

  • To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to Sue@sortasweetboutique.com.

  • Please do not send back an item without first sending a return request

If your return is accepted, you will receive an instore credit for the current value of the item being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected, your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then issue a gift card for store credit for the items valued amount.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you ASAP! 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange of an item is to contact us immediately! We will check inventory for size or color desired and do the exchange. The item being exchanged must be received before exchanged item is shipped.Â
